90-Day Repair Warranty

Every repair we complete is covered by a 90-day (3-month) warranty on both parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within this period, we will rectify it at no additional cost.

1. Warranty Coverage

The 90-day warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the specific repair performed. This includes:

  • Components replaced during the repair
  • Solder joints and electrical connections reworked
  • Calibration and alignment work performed
  • Cooling system restoration
  • Optical path cleaning and reassembly

2. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • New faults unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation
  • Damage caused by environmental factors (power surges, lightning, water ingress, excessive dust)
  • Consumable items (lamps, filters, thermal paste) beyond their rated life
  • Tampering or unauthorised repair attempts after our service
  • Transport damage where the customer arranged shipping

3. Warranty Claims Process

1

Contact Us

Call us on +44 333 006 4327 or email with your original repair reference number. Describe the fault symptoms.

2

Assessment

We will verify the fault is covered by warranty. Remote diagnosis where possible. Collection arranged if needed.

3

Rectification

Covered repairs are completed at no charge. Turnaround is prioritised for warranty claims, typically 3-5 working days.

4. Return Policy

Our services are repair and diagnostic in nature. As such, statutory cooling-off periods for distance selling do not apply to repair work already commenced.

If you choose not to proceed with a recommended repair after diagnostic assessment, the diagnostic fee remains payable. The unit will be returned in its received condition. Original packaging is recommended for safe return.

5. Shipping & Risk

The customer is responsible for adequate packaging when sending units to us. We recommend retaining original manufacturer packaging where possible. Transit insurance is strongly advised.

Where we arrange collection, goods in transit insurance covers the unit. Risk passes to us upon collection and back to you upon delivery.
