Comprehensive Lamp Platform Diagnostics
We maintain deep expertise in both UHP (Ultra High Pressure) and Xenon arc lamp systems found across the Christie fleet. Every repair includes a written Engineering Report.
Ballast Rebuild & Ripple Analysis
Lamp ballasts are the most common failure point in high-hour units. We rebuild power stages, replace aged capacitors, and analyse output ripple to ensure stable lamp striking.
Optical Path Deep Clean
Dust and thermal degradation on integrator rods, colour wheels, and DMD heat sinks cause luminance loss. We perform full optical teardown and recalibration.
Cooling System Restoration
Blocked heatsinks and worn blower motors lead to thermal shutdown. We clean all air paths, replace thermal paste, and verify airflow against manufacturer specifications.

Intake & Assessment
Book via our online form or call. We provide a reference number and arrange collection or advise on packaging. Initial remote diagnosis where possible.
Deep Diagnostics
Power-on test, thermal imaging, power rail analysis, and lamp strike evaluation. We document everything in a preliminary report sent to you within 3-5 days.
Repair & Recalibration
Component-level repair, not module swaps. Post-repair calibration includes luminance uniformity, colour gamut alignment, and thermal stress testing.
